How can I check my order status and track my package?
Once your order's been accepted, you'll receive an email confirming its reception with the order number, the payment instructions, and a link to your order status. As soon as it’s dispatched, you’ll be sent another notification email with a direct link to the courier's website so you can track your package and get info on its location.
What if my order is stuck at customs?
Any charges that may incur from your order being held up at customs will be at your expense and whether you finally receive it or not will depend on your country's regulations in force. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at the checkout before you pay. They depend on the weight and volume of the order, as well as on the destination. Which countries do we ship to?
You can place your orders from anywhere in the world. However, some countries have very restrictive policies that don’t allow the shipment of some products.
Can I wait ‘till all the items in my cart are in stock?
Your order is prepared with the products that are in stock at the time of purchase. Those that aren't will be shipped as soon as they're back in stock.
Can I build a list of different delivery addresses and contact persons?
Yes. During registration, or any time later, you’ll be able to add various delivery addresses and contact persons to your account. This way, you'll be able to quickly select the address you want to have your order shipped to every time you order online.
Can I have my order shipped to a post office box?
We’re sorry but we don’t send to P. O. boxes.
Can I arrange the pick-up of my order?
Yes. All you have to do is select PICK-UP AT WAREHOUSE as the DELIVERY TYPE at the checkout, in which case no shipping costs will incur. Our warehouse is open from 9 a. m. to 4:30 p. m.
